Milly Ruggiero

Milly has a strong track record in publishing and foreign rights, based in the UK and Italy. In the UK, after a Diploma in International Publishing from Oxford Brookes University, she worked as Rights Coordinator/Executive at the Taylor & Francis Group. Then, moving from Oxford to London, she worked as Rights Assistant at the Lorella Belli Literary Agency, managing adult fiction and non-fiction.

She also loves new languages. She earned a BA in Arabic language and literature and she has continued studies in Arabic and Hebrew, also focusing on bringing adult, children’s and YA publications from these regions into other languages. She previously earned an MA in Publishing, Film and Television in Rome.  

As well as her work for TRF, Milly is collaborating with an Italian literary agency with an interest in adult fiction and non-fiction, children’s and YA lists, selling Italian works internationally. She attends all major book fairs, including Frankfurt, London and Bologna.
