Alex Brueckmann
Alex is a globally active strategist and board advisor. He specializes in coaching leaders to crystallize their organizational identity through rigorous strategy processes. His purpose is to transform organizations to make the world a better place. He has impacted thousands of executives in organizations across the world, ranging from multinationals and start-ups to non-profits and public organizations. Alex applies a mindset of abundance rather than of scarcity. He believes that there are many great ideas out there that are valid and valuable, and that ideas only get better if a diverse group of people develop them further.
Alex is writing The Strategy Legacy to share his experience and “secret sauce”. In his book, he describes how leaders can build a legacy, based on an actionable framework and a proven process, creating value, sustainable impact, and people-centric growth.
Alex works pro-bono for environmental protection causes and supports research to find a cure for the terminal childhood brain cancer DIPG. His clients include Alphabet, Bertelsmann, Apollo, BMW Group, Continental, Fiege Logistics, Roche Diagnostics, Sea Shepard and Telefonica. Alex grew up in Germany, lived in the UK, Mexico, Uruguay, and now resides in Vancouver, Canada.
