Angela R. Howard is an organizational psychology expert and culture strategist who speaks, writes, and advocates for the role of work on social impact and change. She is the Founder of Call for Culture – a community of practice and strategic consulting firm that supports leaders to drive bold change by raising the bar on the role of workplace culture in positively impacting people and society. She has seen first-hand how delayed the workplace is in adjusting to societal change and has worked to develop a methodology (the Call for Culture Method), to help organizations all over the world create more change-ready and responsive workplace cultures and values.   

Angela is especially passionate about mobilizing interdisciplinary leaders around this work, because it takes a village to create more human and responsive organizations that do better for people and the world. She lives in the Chicago-land area and runs an annual event (Culture Impact Lab) that gathers a community of culture changemakers to problem-solve challenges and issues that impact the intersection of social impact and the workplace and advance a more equitable and just future for all.
