Hollie Fraser
Chef Hollie Fraser is the owner of Punk Rock Pastries in Burnaby, British Columbia, where she creates creepy, gory, and delightfully offbeat treats. Born in Australia and raised in her father's bakery, Hollie discovered her love for cake decorating as a young child. After training at Adelaide's prestigious TAFE SA culinary school and working in fine dining, she moved to Canada in 2012, where she mastered traditional pastry techniques at a beloved Italian bakery in Vancouver before launching her own unique brand.
A two-time Food Network champion (The Big Bake Halloween 2019, Halloween Baking Championship 2023), Hollie has earned recognition for both her creative confections and her community spirit. Her belief that "it is punk to be kind" guides her business practices and has helped earn multiple nominations for Business of the Year. When she's not crafting edible art at her bakery, Hollie creates custom cakes for the music and film industries, 3D-prints custom cookie cutters, and makes occasional television appearances.
