Kaamna is a certified sexologist, coach, thought leader, and media personality. She holds three degrees in psychology, including an MA in Spiritual Psychology from Columbia University, an MA in Organizational Psychology from the University of Illinois at Urbana Champaign, and a BA in Clinical Psychology from Smith College. Her work combines rigorous academic investigation with stories of real-life people, all wrapped in a deep love and compassion for being human, with all its complexities. As an independent researcher, she is also building the world's first cross-cultural dataset on sexual shame.

For the past five years, she has been breaking taboos around sexuality, through her popular online show KaamnaLive, taking on topics such as infidelity, sexless marriages, and porn addiction. Kaamna’s audience, now 60k strong, knows her to be a trusted and informed voice.
